Terms of Service

Review the terms that govern browsing, ordering, accounts, promotions, product availability, and acceptable website use.

REVO RACKS  |  Effective date: 18 October 2026

1. Seller, scope and customers

Florian Chapon, Entrepreneur Individuel (EI), trading as REVO RACKS | SIREN: 893 929 067 | 1148 Avenue Paul Cézanne, 13880 Velaux, France | +33 7 83 80 45 60 | contact@revoracks.com | https://www.revoracks.com

These terms govern orders for REVO RACKS products placed through revoracks.com and quotations expressly accepted by us. They distinguish consumers (B2C) from business purchasers (B2B). Mandatory consumer protections prevail over any conflicting clause. The seller’s terms, product details and mandatory pre-contract information are made available before order confirmation.

2. Products and custom projects

We currently supply bicycle storage solutions and may expand our range. Features, technical drawings, dimensions, compatibility requirements and prices are given in the applicable product page or quotation. Customers must check wall/surface characteristics and follow installation and load instructions. Special-order dimensioned products and new adapters/technical solutions are specified in a written quotation; any manufacturing and compatibility assumptions should be confirmed before purchase. Images are illustrative; mandatory product information prevails.

3. Ordering and electronic contract

Products are selected in the cart, order and delivery information reviewed, and the total and applicable terms displayed before the final payment obligation is confirmed through Shopify Checkout. We send electronic acknowledgement and order information on a durable medium. We may contact the customer when stock, an obvious pricing error, payment authorization or fraud prevention needs clarification; statutory rights and reimbursement obligations continue to apply. Business quotations are binding only when accepted under their stated conditions.

4. Prices, currencies and tax

The final checkout shows the total payable amount in the currency selected by the customer, including any legally applicable taxes and charges. Standard shipping is free for orders of €135 or more (order value inclusive of any applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges) to destinations within EU Member States, excluding non-continental territories. For orders below €135, applicable shipping costs are shown before purchase. The seller currently benefits from the French small-business VAT exemption (franchise en base de TVA) for eligible transactions; relevant invoices bear the statement “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI”. This does not guarantee that all cross-border sales are exempt from VAT: the tax treatment depends on the applicable destination, B2C/B2B rules, thresholds and elections. Any tax due must be disclosed in the final price before purchase. Promotions apply only as stated before purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is due at order confirmation, including for accepted quotations unless the quotation explicitly states otherwise. Available checkout methods may include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay, subject to availability. Payment is processed by the selected provider; do not send us card numbers by email. We do not offer deferred-payment terms by default.

6. Delivery and risk

We deliver to destinations within EU Member States, excluding non-continental territories. Standard shipping is free for orders of €135 or more (inclusive of applicable taxes, excluding shipping); for orders below €135, shipping charges are displayed before checkout. Available locations and any exceptions must be shown before checkout. Estimated delivery is generally one to two weeks, subject to the stated delivery commitment at checkout or quotation. The carrier varies with the order. Consumer delivery, delay remedies and transfer of risk follow mandatory law: as a rule, risk transfers when the consumer or their nominated third party physically receives the goods, not merely on carrier handover. See Shipping Policy.

7. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers ordinarily have 14 days from physical receipt (or receipt of the last item of a qualifying order) to withdraw without reason. They can notify us by unambiguous statement to contact@revoracks.com or via a compliant online withdrawal function once verified and accessible. Products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized may be legally excluded; selecting standard available variants does not automatically remove this right. Consumers pay direct return shipping for ordinary withdrawal where disclosed in advance; defects and non-conformity are handled under legal guarantees. See Return & Refund Policy and model form.

8. Statutory guarantees

Consumer customers benefit from the French statutory guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité), including the statutory two-year framework for new goods, and the warranty against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés), under the conditions set by law. These protections apply to eligible custom products as well. A design, manufacturing, material or compatibility defect can require legal remedies depending on the facts. Nothing here limits mandatory rights. No additional voluntary commercial warranty is offered unless clearly stated for an item.

9. Professional orders

Businesses may buy through the website or request quotations. For genuinely B2B transactions, specific written terms accepted in a quotation may supplement these terms. Mandatory rules, including any statutory rights extended to qualifying small professionals, prevail. Amounts must be paid before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments and statutory recovery charges, where legally applicable to B2B transactions, are governed by the invoice/quotation and applicable French commercial law, rather than assumed consumer terms.

10. Use and intellectual property

Users must not attack the website, infringe intellectual property, provide fraudulent details or interfere with service operations. REVO RACKS branding, designs, content and images are owned by us or their licensors; browsing or purchasing grants no general reproduction license. Product designs may be subject to separate rights.

11. Liability and governing law

We remain responsible where the law requires it, including mandatory consumer guarantees, delivery and product liability rules. Any limitation for professional buyers applies only insofar as legally valid; we do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury where prohibited, or mandatory consumer remedies. French law governs these terms without depriving EU consumers of overriding protections in their habitual-residence country. Competent courts are determined by mandatory jurisdiction rules.

12. Complaints and consumer mediation

Please send an initial written complaint to contact@revoracks.com. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, an eligible consumer may refer the dispute free of charge to Société Médiation Professionnelle, Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France — https://www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr. Mediation is voluntary for the consumer and does not remove court rights.
