Will it fit my bike (road, gravel, MTB, e-bike) ?
Our rubber-coated hooks fit road, gravel, mountain bikes and e-bikes with tires up to 2.7 inches wide. Kits are available for 1–12 bikes, with larger custom setups available on request.
How much weight can the ceiling rail hold ?
Each hook supports up to 30 kg when the rail is properly installed and securely anchored to a suitable ceiling structure.
Will the system scratch my rims, frame, or components?
When used correctly, the rubber-coated hooks and optional pedal covers help minimize the risk of scratches and contact damage. Always handle bicycles carefully and ensure sufficient clearance between them.
Is installation complicated? What tools do I need?
Installation is straightforward, but we strongly recommend having two people and a step ladder for a safe, comfortable setup. No tools are included—you will need your own standard drill and level. All mounting hardware (screws and anchors) is supplied with your order; simply make sure to select the option that matches your ceiling type (concrete, wood, or hollow block) during checkout.
Where do you ship and what are the delivery times ?
We ship to all EU member countries, excluding non-continental territories. Shipping is free on orders of €135 or more. For orders below €135, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 10-15 business days depending on your location.
What if it doesn’t fit my ceiling or garage setup ?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. If the system does not fit your space, consult our Return & Refund Policy for the procedure and conditions.
