1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar terminal-storage technologies used in connection with https://www.revoracks.com, its Framer front end, Framer Commerce integration, Shopify checkout and interactive Spline media. It must be updated if new analytics, ad pixels or services are installed.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a browser/device. Related techniques such as local storage, embedded pixels or identifiers can raise similar legal issues. Not every technical request or cookie requires consent; this depends on purpose and actual configuration.

3. Essential functions

Our site and checkout may use session, shopping-cart, antifraud, security, language or payment-support identifiers. During limited browser checks, cookies with names such as “__Host-js_csrf”, “locale”, “t”, “uc_session” and “_shopify_essential” were visible at relevant stages; some names and functions remain unverified. Essential cookies needed for an explicitly requested service may be exempt from prior consent, subject to their actual purpose.

4. Framer Analytics

We use native Framer Analytics to understand general traffic and technical performance. Framer describes it as operating without traditional analytics cookies. An exemption from consent under French law depends on meeting the CNIL’s conditions in the deployed configuration; a provider’s general claim does not itself certify an exemption.

5. Framer Commerce, Shopify and payment

Framer Commerce enables cart and commerce interactions between Framer and Shopify. Shopify and the selected payment providers process information needed to operate checkout, payment security and orders. Cookies and similar technologies may be used in these flows; policies of these providers may also apply.

6. Embedded content and Google cookies

Our site may display interactive content through Spline. In browser checks, no cookies were visible for Spline or Framer domains, while two Google-domain cookies (“__Secure-ENID” and “SEARCH_SAMESITE”) were observed. Their origin, actual purpose and whether they were set because of this site have not been confirmed. We will review embedded services and technical requests before concluding whether user consent is required.

7. Advertising and non-essential trackers

At the time of the review, the native Google Analytics and Meta Pixel ID fields in Framer Commerce were empty, and Shopify Customer Events listed no pixels. No matching requests were found with a limited set of browser filters. These checks cannot establish that no non-essential tracker exists. If optional analytics, advertising or third-party trackers requiring consent are added, we will request valid prior consent and provide equally accessible rejection and withdrawal controls.

8. Choices and updates

You can inspect or delete cookies via browser settings, but blocking essential technology may disrupt checkout. If consent-based trackers are implemented, site-specific preference controls will be supplied as legally required. We will revise this policy when configurations change.
