REVO RACKS  |  Effective date: 18 October 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Florian Chapon, Entrepreneur Individuel (EI), trading as REVO RACKS (“we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit revoracks.com, contact us, request a quotation or purchase bicycle storage products. We design and host the customer-facing site with Framer, connect it to Shopify using Framer Commerce, and use Shopify to operate commerce, checkout and order management. This notice applies to both consumers and professional customers.

For privacy requests, contact contact@revoracks.com. Where a third-party provider determines its own processing purposes, it may act as an independent controller.

3. Data collected

We may process newsletter subscription email addresses and consent records, as well as your name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, order items and amounts, delivery and payment status, correspondence, return and warranty requests, quotation details, and technical information (including IP address, device/browser data, security logs and site interactions). Payment credentials are processed by payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card number. We do not require visitors to create a customer account to place an order. Do not send sensitive personal information in general inquiries.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Contract or pre-contractual steps: quotations, sales, checkout, delivery, returns, after-sales support and warranties. Legal obligation: invoices, bookkeeping, tax, consumer law and regulatory compliance. Legitimate interests, balanced against your rights: securing our website, preventing fraud, responding to business inquiries and assessing technical website performance. Consent where required: optional direct marketing or non-essential trackers if introduced. We collect email addresses through a voluntary newsletter signup form. Subscribers consent to receive future REVO RACKS newsletters, product news, offers and bicycle storage advice. The newsletter has not yet launched; double opt-in is not currently in use. We do not currently configure Meta Pixel or Google Analytics through Framer Commerce.

5. Providers and recipients

Framer supplies front-end hosting, website functionality and native site analytics; Framer Commerce connects Framer to Shopify; Shopify supports catalog, order records, checkout and payments; payment providers (which may include Shopify Payments, PayPal and wallet/card networks) process payments; delivery companies deliver orders; Spline may load interactive 3D assets. Any newsletter service provider, if subsequently appointed, will process subscription data only as disclosed in an updated notice. Providers receive data relevant to their tasks. Their roles and own notices may differ. We share data with authorities when legally required, and do not claim to sell personal information.

6. Analytics and cookies

We use Framer’s built-in website analytics. Framer describes these as privacy-focused and not based on traditional analytics cookies; the precise exemption from consent under French law depends on the actual configuration and practices. Our site and checkout use technical cookies and comparable technologies. See our separate Cookie Policy for details. Our checks did not identify Google Analytics or Meta Pixel configured in Framer Commerce or pixels listed in Shopify Customer Events at the time of review; this is not a guarantee that no third-party tracking operates.

7. International transfers

Our technology providers or their subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR requires it, transfers must be supported by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism, together with any necessary safeguards. Relevant provider notices describe their arrangements.

8. Retention

Newsletter email addresses and available consent records are kept while the subscription remains active or until consent is withdrawn, subject to applicable retention requirements. We keep other records for as long as necessary for the purposes stated, including fulfillment, statutory accounting/tax obligations, warranty and dispute periods, and security. We review retention and delete or anonymize information when there is no longer an appropriate basis. Exact periods vary by record category and applicable law; order/accounting records may need to be retained for legally mandated periods.

9. Rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing; withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing (newsletter subscribers may contact contact@revoracks.com to unsubscribe; every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe option once sending begins); and lodge a complaint with the French CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr). Some rights are subject to legal limitations. Email contact@revoracks.com; we may request proportionate identity verification and ordinarily respond within one month.

10. Security and changes

We implement reasonable administrative and technical security controls and use service providers with relevant protection measures. No service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice; the updated date will appear on the published page.
